That\u2019s almost one-third of the year, or better stated, every three days.<\/p>\n<p>While most of us can only wish we were having sex every three days, we can all agree that our 20s are probably the best and most prolific time to be hitting the sack.<\/p>\n<p>By 24, it\u2019s reported that 92 percent of young adults have had sex and, no doubt, have liked it.<\/p>\n<p>In a world full of hate and opposition, it may be one of the few things most people can agree on. If we were to unite the world, it would best be done under sex. Because sex is good. Sex is great. And according to research, sex is better for you in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>According to Dr. Debby Herbenick, an American research scientist and author of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mysexprofessor.com\/because-it-feels-good-book-by-debby-herbenick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cBecause It Feels Good,\u201d\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0individuals who partake in morning sex are healthier and happier people. As an immunity booster, its health benefits last throughout the day, contributing to that \u201chealthy glow\u201d your coworkers keep referring to.<\/p>\n<p>So if you\u2019re feeling a bit stressed, sick or ugly, find someone to get under and work those glutes. And don\u2019t be embarrassed, morning sex is probably the only time you can pardon the morning breath enough to be completely aroused.<\/p>\n<h3>You look hotter<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve all had that after sex &#8220;glow,\u201d but it\u2019s not just because the blood is still rushing to our heads.<\/p>\n<p>According to Herbenick, sex releases boosted levels of estrogen, which in turn, make your skin and hair stronger and healthier. Increased levels of estrogen and testosterone have known aging benefits that keep frisky people looking youthful longer.<\/p>\n<p>However, the most tantalizing evidence was reported by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/health\/health-benefits-of-sex\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Women\u2019s Health Magazine\u00a0<\/a>on a study done at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>In this study, a panel of judges viewed people from a one way mirror and guessed their ages. Those who had a steady sexual partner, and who were having sex regularly (about four times a week), were viewed as seven to 12 years younger.<\/p>\n<p>This is due to the amount of\u00a0 estrogen and testosterone released during sex, and the benefits on the skin and hair as reported earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Not to mention, sex burns calories.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/health\/article-2534869\/Forget-gym-sexercise-best-way-slim-Making-love-burns-calories-30-minute-jog.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Daily Mail,<\/a>\u00a0an hour of sex burns the equivalent amount of calories as a 30 minute jog. Within an hour, men burn an average of 240 calories and women 180. Four times a day and you\u2019re okay to eat a Big Mac. Whoever thought life could be so good? Sex and Big Macs?<\/p>\n<h3>It\u2019s a stress reliever<\/h3>\n<p>There\u2019s nothing like a good morning shag to calm your nerves before an early meeting or interview (not to mention you\u2019ll be looking your best). We can all agree that sex has the distinct advantage of helping our troubles melt away along with our inhibitions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/healthnews.uc.edu\/news\/?\/11953\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yvonne Ulrich-Lai, PhD and James Herman<\/a>, PhD of psychiatry and behavioral neuroscience at University of Cincinnati conducted experiments in order to find the results of stress levels after one partook in pleasurable activities.<\/p>\n<p>They found that after partaking in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elitedaily.com\/women\/women-food-bed\/704224\">sex or comfort food<\/a>, the reduced-stress effects continued for at least seven days, suggesting that sex produces long-term benefits.<\/p>\n<p>These benefits are known to reduce the rate of strokes and heart attacks. So if you&#8217;re getting old and have high blood pressure, talk to your partner about hitting the sack&#8230; for your health at least.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/sexual-health-pictures\/dr-laura-berman-sexual-benefits-of-exercise.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Laura Berman<\/a>, Ph.D., an assistant clinical professor of ob-gyn and psychiatry at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, also reported that sex releases endorphins and oxytocin, hormones that activate pleasure centers in the brain.<\/p>\n<p>Like a drug, sex sets off certain chemical reactions in the brain that give us feelings of euphoria. Though you never want to become a sex addict, it&#8217;s probably safer to frequent the bedroom (safely) than the local street corner.<\/p>\n<h3>You\u2019re healthier<\/h3>\n<p>For all you sick prudes refusing to partake in the \u201canimalistic\u201d or \u201cwhoreish\u201d act, a few times in the bed could actually make you healthier\u2026 and less rigid.<\/p>\n<p>According to Herbenick, sex increases levels of IgA, an antibody that helps to fight against infection, keeping frisky people better protected and healthier than those abstaining.<\/p>\n<p>The orgasm has been known for its health benefits for years.
