Last night, I left my phone plugged in in the kitchen instead of putting it on the nightstand next to my head. All of this because I thought it would help me sleep better. Instead, I just lie awake at night wondering if there\u2019s an emergency I\u2019m missing out on.<\/p>\n

Side note: Nothing is more disappointing than proudly ignoring the temptation of looking at your phone to wake up and discovering no one, not even your closest friends, reached out. Now, how will I sleep tonight? Who knows.<\/p>\n
