Her mother, Cia Edmonds, has been by her side through every terrifying moment, living through hours no parent should ever face.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were told that the damage to her brain was too severe for her to survive\u2026 My baby needs a miracle,\u201d Cia shared. On Wednesday afternoon, she added, &#8220;We were warned that the damage to her brain was too much for her to endure, and she wouldn&#8217;t make the night.&#8221; Her words lay bare the unbearable reality of a mother\u2019s fear, but also her unwavering hope.<\/p>\n<p>What should have been an ordinary day turned into a nightmare no family should endure.
