We start with two directions: up and down.

POP = hips go up DROP = hips go down Sharp placements help you keep balance and control.

2️⃣ ISOLATE Upper body stays still — only the hips move.

The more you isolate, the cleaner the shake looks.

3️⃣ UP & DOWN ONLY Keep a vertical line.

No forward or backward motion — stay over your toes. Small range = clean technique.

4️⃣ SPEED UP Once the move feels solid, make it smaller and faster.
