Is it true that sex is better with a woman who has bigger breasts?

Sex is better with people you are a) attracted to and b) compatible with.

Obviously the guys you’re taking to are more attracted to women with larger breasts, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It just means that small breasted women wouldn’t be compatible choice for them.

But there are plenty of men who enjoy and even prefer small breasted women. I’m an A cup and I’ve never had any problem finding partners. If a man I was otherwise attracted to said he preferred D cups, I knew not to waste my time and his, and looked elsewhere.

If literally all they men you know are saying this, then you need some different men in your life.
