Accident on the Mexico-Querétaro Highway: traffic has been stopped for 28 hours; there are rows of 40 km
Traffic on the México-Querétaro Highway has been stopped for 28 hours after the accident suffered by a tractor truck carrying fuel.
A accident between a tanker tractor and a trailer that occurred on the morning of Wednesday, November 20, keeps traffic paralyzed in the Mexico-Querétaro highway until noon this Thursday.
Faced with this situation, some motorists have been trapped in traffic for 28 hours.
The long lines of cars stretch for 40 kilometers, from Cuautitlán Izcalli, in the State of Mexico, to Tepeji del Río, in Hidalgo.

Around 7:00 am on Wednesday, November 20, there was a collision by range between two vehicles. It is a tanker tractor that carried fuel and a trailer.
According to Federal Roads and Bridges ( Capufe ) the events occurred at kilometer 96 of the Mexico-Querétaro Highway, heading north, towards the Queretana entity.
Since then, the road remained blocked because, in addition to the accident vehicles obstructing the passage, a fuel spill was recorded.
Around 11:30 this Thursday some lanes began to break free. However, due to the intense accumulated vehicle load, the long lines continue.
As an alternative for those who transit the area, it is suggested to use the North Arch, the Free Road to Toluca or Toluca-Las Palmillas.
