I don’t have kids but I genuinely hope that if I ever do, I handle it with half the humor these expecting parents managed. Pregnancy is long, unpredictable, and apparently a lot. Like, a lot a lot. Most people don’t realize what they’ve signed up for until they’re already in it and there’s no turning back. At that point humor isn’t just a nice option, it’s basically a survival strategy.
The couples in these photos figured that out early and the results are fantastic. Some of these are sweet. Some are completely unhinged. All of them are the kind of thing you laugh about even harder years later. These people are going to be great parents.
