I worker construction for several years and the amount of OSHA violations I saw was staggering. Cutting safety corners to save some time was just par for the course.

Well, that being said, I also saw a ton of workplace injuries. The safety rules are there for a reason. To keep dummies from hurting themselves or others.

The folks in these workplace safety fails don’t seem to care about that though. They saw something right in their lap or put a forklift on a bigger forklift to reach the ceiling. They don’t care the price.
